The wine is made from a blend of western mountain grapes Tsolikouri (60%) and eastern Rkatsiteli (40%), aged in Qvevri for 6 months. Bright and light summer taste with tangible citrus notes inherent in Tsolikouri is balanced by sweet hints of ripe fruit, clearly perceptible in the taste of Rkatsiteli.
